Good to know before you start.
About machine selection, cooperation, replenishment and service.
Do you sell vending machines?+
VENDINGSERVIS provides and operates complete vending solutions. The models shown here are technologies we can select for your premises, rather than products in an online shop.
Do we pay for the machine?+
Under our standard arrangement, where VENDINGSERVIS operates the machine, you do not pay for the machine itself. We agree the operating terms when preparing your solution. A separate machine rental has individually agreed terms.
How long does delivery and installation take?+
We install new machines for new customers. Delivery and installation can take approximately 10–30 days. We agree the specific date when preparing your solution.
What do you need to recommend a solution?+
The type of premises, approximate number of people, refreshments you want and your location. Information about space, electricity and water connections also helps.
Who replenishes and maintains the machines?+
VENDINGSERVIS takes care of replenishment, routine maintenance and service of the machines we operate. Visit frequency follows usage and the agreed terms.
Where do you operate?+
We primarily serve Trnava and the surrounding area. Tell us your location so we can assess whether we can operate a solution for you.
How are the terms of cooperation agreed?+
They depend on the premises, footfall, consumption and refreshments. Arrangements can include space rental, a share based on sales, or an employee drinks programme with an employer contribution. We agree the terms when preparing your solution.
Can we subsidise drinks for employees?+
A solution can include an employer contribution towards drinks. Payment options and employee-card support depend on the selected configuration.
Do we choose the machine ourselves?+
You can indicate any model you like. We recommend the final setup based on your premises and the conditions on site so it meets your actual needs.
Do you maintain third-party machines?+
The service contact on this website is for existing VENDINGSERVIS customers and the machines we operate.
Tell us what you need. We’ll recommend a solution.
Your premises, number of people and desired refreshments. That’s enough to get started.
