Do we pay for the machine?+
Under our standard arrangement, where VENDINGSERVIS operates the machine, you do not pay for the machine itself. We agree the operating terms when preparing your solution. A separate machine rental has individually agreed terms.
How long does delivery and installation take?+
We install new machines for new customers. Delivery and installation can take approximately 10–30 days. We agree the specific date when preparing your solution.
What do you need to recommend a solution?+
The type of premises, approximate number of people, refreshments you want and your location. Information about space, electricity and water connections also helps.
Who replenishes and maintains the machines?+
VENDINGSERVIS takes care of replenishment, routine maintenance and service of the machines we operate. Visit frequency follows usage and the agreed terms.
